Job Location: The role will be based out of the US with a 3 month training period in Pune.

Designation: Client Services Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Offers continuous support for the client by driving the consumption of actionable market research insights and driving high-impact decision making. This will be done by sitting at client locations and aiding the client in usage of the Knowledge Store platform and recommending / conducting additional analysis or projects.
  • Proactively initiates new project pipeline for the account for analysis and research for the MarketsandMarkets team
  • Strategically identifies other areas for revenue within the existing client organization to develop more relationships and engagements within the account
  • Leads the entire sales process for gaining new business: introductions, presentations, proposals, and closing the sale
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Skills and qualifications:


  • Proof of graduation with Bachelor’s degree by January of 2018
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Only accepting US Citizens or Green Card holders
  • Required skills: ability to learn quickly, great relationship building and communication skills, desire to grow professionally and personally
  • Preferred skills (added plus, not required): market research background, analytics skills (basic math, statistics, modeling, programming and analytics technology understanding), sales experience
