The company (client), one of the largest IT solutions providers in the IT service landscape, was seeking to gain a strong foothold in the ever-expanding region of the Middle East & Africa. The IT services landscape was to be estimated for the oil & gas industry both from the supply and demand sides with key offerings including digital oilfield, ERP, cloud, software, security, business intelligence, mobility, big data and virtualization, further bifurcated at the country level with Middle East & Africa.

MnM APPROACH

MnM adopted a twin approach of gleaning extensive secondary literature including comprehensive databases along with direct liaison with key market stakeholders including industry experts within the target geographies.
