MnM was appointed to assist in the development of a growth strategy that would enable the company to maintain its current industry position and build new leadership positions in attractive niches. The client’s objective was to assess business opportunities for various baggage handling segments or components and understand the baggage handling capacity through this study. The study demanded identification of the efficiency of these systems. The client was also interested in knowing the valuation of baggage handling systems at different airports in varied regions worldwide.

MnM APPROACH

Extensive secondary research and analysis was carried out to map class A, class B, and class C airports based on their passenger carrying capacities and the type of baggage handling systems being operated in varied geographies. Key parameters influencing the market were identified and their trends were studied to acquire the market data. MnM also conducted multi-level, qualitative & quantitative study with a constructed sample of mid- to senior-level management executives as well as demand-side industry professionals.
