What will your job look like?

This is an exciting role which will continue to evolve:

  • The role is fast-paced and the candidate should be willing to get into hands-on work as per the need (mine the account for leads; cold calling/email).
  • Collaborate and engage with the team in India for business and client deliverables.
  • Generate new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Identify other strategic areas for revenue within existing client organizations to develop more client relationships.
  • Manage research projects for clients such as market sizing, pricing analytics, competitive landscape assessment, and benchmarking studies by coordinating between the client, onsite, and research teams
  • Coordinate and lead the entire business development process—introductions, presentations, proposals, and closing.

All you need is...

  • 6–12 years’ of full-time experience in a similar role
  • A master’s degree
  • Person should ideally be based in Chicago (or willing to relocate there)
  • Candidates with prior experience in services, product, and research are encouraged to apply

What will your job look like?

  • Leading the CS team in India
  • Offer continuous support to 4–5 client accounts by driving the consumption of strategic actionable insights and high-impact decision making.
  • Proactively initiate new project pipelines through additional analysis or research for the client by working closely with the MnM research team
  • Generate new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage research projects such as market sizing, pricing analytics, competitive landscape assessment, and benchmarking studies for clients by coordinating between the client, onsite, and research teams
  • Identify other strategic areas for revenue within existing client organizations to develop more client relationships.
  • Coordinate and lead the entire business development process—introductions, presentations, proposals, and closing

All you need is...

  • 8–12 years’ of experience in relevant space
  • MBA is mandatory
  • Ability to learn quickly, build great relationships building and communicate methodically, understand and correct problems, and desire to grow professionally and personally

What will your job look like?

  • Client Facing – ability to participate and contribute in audio/video calls over phone
  • Technical Know-how – given the sole focus of CS teams is on renewal and building annuity, you need to be able to map the right research to the clients’ needs and talk about it.
  • Lead Generation – We don’t need core sales people but people who can map the organization by researching and identifying the key stakeholders.

  • As an Associate Engagement Partner - Global Sales, your role is to identify critical challenges in the growth strategies of all major B2B companies in the world and help them grow with our insights.

  • As an individual, you will represent MnM and drive the revenue impacting the decision of companies; you must be a self-starter with high business acumen who can identify and create a large impact on businesses within a short period of time.
