Sulakshana Patankar holds global responsibility for Markets&Markets strategic human resources activities, employee communications & social responsibility initiatives. She leads all aspects of HR, including workforce development & organization effectiveness, benefits & compensation, staffing.

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Sulakshana has held key executive positions across multiple geographies in Energy, Utilities, Retail, Manufacturing, Music & Entertainment sectors.

Prior to joining Markets&Markets in 2018, Sulakshana was heading the Global Business’s for Energy & Utilities, Retail & Manufacturing, Music & Entertainment at WNS. She was a member of the ‘Executive Management Council’ & was responsible for mentoring the overall finance & accounting strategy of the organization. Sulakshana has pioneered various practice segments & has played a significant role in growing the business rapidly. Her accomplishments include developing new ventures & delivery models for most challenging markets.

Earlier in her career Sulakshana was a Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she managed various assignments in business process re-engineering & financial/strategic planning.

Sulakshana holds a master’s degree in Business Administration & is a certified Management accountant.

She has immensely contributed to the growth of multiple industry segments.
