The company manufactures unmanned eVTOL fixed-wing aircraft capable of delivering last-mile delivery. Its core innovation is its tiltrotor mechanism, ensuring a smooth and robust transition between multicopper mode (hovering) and fixed-wing mode (forward flight) within seconds. The services offered by the company include delivery of medical goods, parcels, food, or spare parts, as well as mapping/surveying and inspection/monitoring.

Wingcopter’s flagship drone, the Wingcopter 178 Heavy Lift A (delivery variant), is designed to carry up to 13 pounds of additional payload and covers distances of up to 75 miles, with a world speed record of 150 miles/h. In April 2024, Wingcopter and ITOCHU Corporation (Japan) advanced drone delivery in Japan with a new certification process. Successful certification will allow Wingcopter and ITOCHU Corporation to be among the pioneers of commercial BVLOS drone operations in Japan, highlighting the country’s potential as a prime market for future drone delivery services.

MATTERNET, INC. (US)

Matternet, Inc. is a privately owned company providing autonomous delivery drones for the logistics industry. The company offers complete solutions for automated logistics applications, including drones, stations, and cloud software.
