Joby Aviation was well funded initially by JoeBen Bevirt and Paul Sciarra in 2018, followed by Toyota, adding to its grand total of USD 720 million. Currently, Joby Aviation is involved in a multi-year testing program with the Federal Aviation Administration (US) to confirm its aircraft or business tasks, which it plans to dispatch in 2024.
