In December 2014, Rogers Corporation had signed an agreement to acquire Arlon LLC (U.S.), which will add complementary solutions to Roger’s high-performance foam business segments and printed circuit material segment which will expand its business foothold in the application market. .  This capacity expansion will increase its foam products portfolio.
