It offers assurance, testing, inspection, and certification services in addition to auditing, consulting, sourcing, and training services for the chemical, construction and engineering, energy and commodities, food and healthcare, transportation, and hospitality and tourism industries. In July 2021, Intertek acquired JLA Brazil, a leading provider of food, agri and environmental testing solutions. The aim of this acquisition is to enter the fast-growing agri-food and beverage testing market in Brazil.
